Contact form
Enquiries submitted through our website are processed using Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service. When you submit the form, the information you provide is transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded to our studio email address. Web3Forms may process data on servers outside Australia. Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information such as pages visited, time on site, general geographic region, device type and referral source. This helps us understand website traffic and improve our content.
Google may process this information on servers outside Australia. You can learn how Google uses data at google.com/policies/privacy/partners. You may opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser cookie settings.
Meta Pixel
We use (or plan to use) the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel uses cookies and similar technologies to measure advertising performance, understand actions taken on our website after viewing our ads, and build aggregated audiences for advertising on Meta platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram).
Meta may collect and process information about your visit, including pages viewed and actions taken, and may associate this with your Meta account if you are logged in. Data may be processed outside Australia. You can learn more in Meta’s privacy policy and adjust ad preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of our website function. Where required by law, we will provide a cookie consent mechanism before non-essential cookies are activated.
Disclosure to third parties
We may share personal information with:
- Service providers who assist us (for example, form processing, email hosting, analytics and advertising platforms);
- Professional advisers where reasonably necessary;
- Authorities if required by law.
We take reasonable steps to ensure third parties that handle personal information on our behalf protect it appropriately.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers — including Google Analytics, Meta, and Web3Forms — may store or process personal information outside Australia (including in the United States). Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients handle it in a manner consistent with applicable privacy laws, or we otherwise comply with the APPs.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to enquiries, deliver services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Contact us at hello@nunastudio.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you believe we have breached the APPs, please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites (for example, Instagram or project partners). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
